Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned outpatient provider in Fredericksburg, VA, seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

You will treat musculoskeletal conditions with a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload, participate in mentorship and professional development, and enjoy a competitive base salary with an annual incentive up to $9,000.

What We Treat.

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, Therapy Partner Solutions works directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in over 10 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.

Requirements for this position include the following

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
