Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned outpatient provider, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for our Stafford, VA clinics. This part-time role focuses on musculoskeletal care within a multidisciplinary team and offers a competitive salary with annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, with eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for musculoskeletal/orthopedic conditions.
• Collaborate with Mary Washington physicians and clinicians to coordinate care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and specialty training opportunities.

Job Overview & Work Site

What we treat.

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, we work directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in over 10 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.
