Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will deliver evidence-based care, guide and supervise PTAs, and help patients regain function in a close-knit, growth‑minded clinic.

We offer up to $25K student loan repayment, a sign-on bonus up to $10K, productivity bonuses up to $1,300/month, generous PTO and 401(k) with company match, plus mentorship and ongoing education through our partnerships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Responsibilities

About

Compensation: $48- $58/hour + daily productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, up to $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
