PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Plainfield, IL is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to advance patient care and grow professionally.

You will treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop evidence-based plans, and document efficiently in the EMR. The role offers onboarding, mentorship, residency-style development, and in-house CE courses.

Competitive base salary of $85,000–$100,000 annually, monthly incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
