Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC in Pauls Valley, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. You will assess patients, diagnose movement-related issues, and design individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Oklahoma (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical history and movement observations to inform care
• Diagnose patients by movement analysis and listening to concerns

• Record progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Educate patients and families about recovery process and expectations

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education:

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
