Progressive Physical Therapy in Palmdale, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will guide PTA colleagues and deliver evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

About

Compensation: $48 - $54/hour + daily productivity incentives, 5K sign on bonus, $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
