PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Owasso, OK is hiring full-time physical therapists to expand access to transformative care and support professional growth. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

The role emphasizes documentation in the EMR, collaboration with a clinical team, and delivering high-quality care with a caseload of about 10–12 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented skills.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
