Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and work within an interdisciplinary team.

You will manage a full caseload (10–12 patients/day), participate in mentorship and residency programs, and access comprehensive benefits, competitive salary, sign-on bonus in select locations, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure to practice PT.
• BLS certification required or in progress.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently document and manage patient flow in the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
