PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Henryetta, OK is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within an interdisciplinary team and design personalized, evidence‑based plans.

We offer a six‑week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, residency‑style development, and in‑house CE courses. Expect a competitive base salary with a sign‑on bonus and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year+ (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
