ProActive Physical Therapy in Arizona is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess movement dysfunction, develop and adjust evidence-based plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

Compensation: $86,000-$105,000, Up to $15,000 in Sign on Bonus, and Weekly Bonus based on Patient Volume. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, lucrative employee referral program, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
