Job summary

Confluent Health's Physical Therapy Central in Chickasha is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver skilled interventions. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction via history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

About

Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
