Job summary

Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics, PSC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Indiana. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapies, and communicate progress with patients to help them achieve functional goals.

Minimum qualifications include a PT degree and an active Indiana license. The role offers an outpatient setting with opportunities for additional certifications and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master/Doctoral degree in physical therapy (state license required).
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, quality-oriented PT patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
