Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care. The clinic offers onboarding, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free CE courses, and digital tools to support patient care.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans, and manage documentation in the EMR. A supportive, growth-focused environment with leadership pathways awaits.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT program required.
• Current or pending state licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $36.00 - $51.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)
