Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Wisconsin to join a dynamic, clinic-based team. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver education in an interdisciplinary setting.

The MT Pleasant clinic focuses on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care with opportunities to advance professionally. The role includes a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), access to mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT degree or equivalent.
• Current or pending state licensure as a PT.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $36.00 - $51.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
