Confluent Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and develop patient-centered plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

Formación

• Licensed PT with ability to obtain licensure in TX.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust plans based on progress.
• Act as advocate for patients throughout recovery.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
