Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in achieving maximum physical performance and adapting to disabilities. You will interpret evaluations and test results, set goals and plans, perform manual therapy, and educate patients on using assistive devices.

Graduation from an accredited PT program is required. Licensure rules vary by year; DPT is required for licensure from 2016 onward, with historical bachelor’s or master’s degrees accepted before 2016.

Responsibilities

Job description

Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities. Restores Patient Physical Functioning by interpreting physical therapy evaluations and test results; determining physical therapy treatment goals and plans; administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities and in using assistive and supportive devices.
