Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Evansville, IN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and lead innovative practice development. The role offers a competitive base salary and incentives, with opportunities for mentorship and a residency-style pathway.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
