Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to care and support diverse caseloads across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health and neurology rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset; ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with individualized education.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications:

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $77,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000 available in select locations!
