PT Solutions in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. You’ll join a growth-minded team with a six-week onboarding (Vitals+) and mentorship, plus in-house residency-style programs to support specialty development.

You’ll benefit from free in-house CE courses, access to a research library, and Limber Health software for in-clinic and at‑home care, with a competitive base

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, educating tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $107,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$5,000available in select locations!
