PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Woodstock, GA is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. You will develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and educate patients for optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes a strong onboarding path, mentorship, residency-style development programs, and ongoing in-house education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure in Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$20,000available in select locations!
