Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to advance care, mentorship, and professional growth. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing tailored, evidence-based plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes a six-week onboarding program, in-house CE courses, residency-style development, and opportunities for leadership growth within a growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal patients and provide education within an interdisciplinary team.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and EMR workflow.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
