Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation team. The role supports new graduates and experienced therapists, with full-time weekday daytime hours and a pay rate of $40.00–$50.01 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40 .00 to $ 50.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
