Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $80K-99K Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
