Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a Confluent Health member, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a clinician-driven team with autonomy, mentorship, and growth. You will manage a caseload with fewer than 12 patients per day and a scheduling model that puts you in control while delivering outstanding care.

The position offers opportunities for residency, leadership pathways, and ongoing CEU development within a supportive network of therapists.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and physical exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

About

Compensation: $80K-99K Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
