Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility to licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required or current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $90K-$115K/year (based on experience)
