Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure and registration to practice in Arizona (CPR).
• Six months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform initial evaluations per department policies.
• Develop and monitor short- and long-term, measurable treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families on status and care plans.
• Provide direct patient care with evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and participate in team collaboration.
