Physical Therapist Orthopedic Employer Based Clinic PRN

Join our team in Lancaster, PA at the IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a PRN, Physical Therapist opportunity with hours Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays!

The Details

Patient caseload includes post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy), and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be part of a team known for niche programming and excellent patient service.

• Newly remodeled clinic with state-of-the-art equipment
• 1:1 patient treatment
• Close collaboration with onsite medical staff
• Personalized outpatient care for employees and dependents
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, limited evenings until 6:00 PM

The Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in the onsite clinic
• Document using therapist-friendly EMR software
• Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome tools
• Manage relationships and promote services effectively

The Requirements

• 2+ years outpatient experience
• 2+ years Orthopedic and Manual Therapy experience
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
• Dry Needling experience preferred
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Confidence and initiative to build relationships and caseload
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited school
• Current PA state licensure in Physical Therapy
