Physical Therapist Assistant Orthopedic Employer Based Clinic PRN

Join our team at Tx Team Rehab in Lancaster, PA as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This PRN position offers weekday hours, no weekends or holidays, with a focus on quality patient care.

Position Details

Work at our newly remodeled clinic equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You will handle a diverse caseload including post-op orthopedic, back and neck conditions, and other musculoskeletal issues, in a hands-on environment. Collaborate closely with onsite medical staff to provide personalized, outcomes-driven care.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, limited evenings until 6:00 PM
• Patient-centered outpatient care for employees and dependents
• Participation in innovative movement health programs, such as Move Better – Move More

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in manual therapy and hands-on skills
• Passionate about learning and professional growth

• Knowledge of outcomes measurement and operational metrics

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-based physical therapy

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy expertise
• Current PA state licensure and BLS certification
• Proficiency with EMR systems; dry needling preferred but not required
