Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: 2400 W. Dunlap Ave. Ste 145 Phoenix, AZ 85021

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 2 evenings.

Compensation: Salary starting at $74,000/year (pending experience)

Incentives: $10k sign on bonus and student debt program

Our Phoenix Dunlap physical therapy center is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This 4 PT, 1 PTA center primarily treats the ortho and neuro population with the opportunity to grow the oncology caseload. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Qualifications

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
