Job summary

Mathis Rehab Centers LLC seeks a full-time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in Manhattan, KS. We will also consider a part-time or PRN candidate. You will guide patients through recovery, deliver high-quality PT services, and work to improve their quality of life.

This role involves educating patients and caregivers, documenting weekly progress in the Raintree EMR, and ensuring compliance with state and federal PT guidelines while collaborating with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice Physical Therapy in Kansas.
• PT or PTA licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe rehabilitation practices.
• Complete weekly documentation using the Raintree EMR.
• Comply with state and federal PT guidelines.
