PT Partners - Performance Rehab in the Kansas City area is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinics. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using advanced AI tools and EMR integration.

You will work closely with physicians and the PT team to execute treatment plans based on evaluations and designs by the Physical Therapist, while supporting patient document management and care continuity.

Qualifications

• Must have a state of Kansas PTA license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with patients and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment with frequent interaction with patients and physicians.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a state of Kansas PTA license along with a strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and physicians.
