Qualifications

• Eligible to practice Physical Therapy in Kansas.
• PT or PTA licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe rehabilitation practices.
• Complete weekly documentation using the Raintree EMR.
• Comply with state and federal PT guidelines.
