Bronson Rehabilitation Services in Kalamazoo is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time outpatient work at John Street. You’ll deliver hands-on care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Michigan or Licensed PTA in Michigan required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT/ PTA program required.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care.
• Supervise PTAs, students, and rehab staff as applicable.
• Document evaluations and progress in the EHR system.
