Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, hands-on care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, assist with mobility and balance training, and document progress to support optimal functional outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to care planning.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/eligible in Illinois
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to work under PT supervision
