Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans and assist with balance, mobility, and strengthening programs.

You will document patient progress, educate patients and families, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and functional independence.
