Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety, while promoting dignity and independence.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families.
