Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic in Delaware. You’ll mentor clinicians, shape location culture, and collaborate with a nationwide network supporting marketing, HR, IT, and operations.

Applicants must have a DPT and current state license, with 3+ years in healthcare; outpatient ortho and leadership experience are preferred. Equity partnership and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
• Experience in healthcare settings with leadership or supervisory responsibilities is a plus.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Passion for growing a clinic and building community relationships.

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role — it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation Range

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Additional Compensation

This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Sign-On Bonus or RelocationAssistance

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.

• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
