Job summary

Ivy Health in Virginia is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to build and lead a clinic from the ground up. You’ll shape location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with Ivy Rehab, which provides Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and more to support growth.

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan and Equity, plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
