Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one patient care in a private treatment room setting
• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans focused on functional improvement and pain reduction
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation interventions and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients on recovery expectations, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve clinical outcomes
• Participate in mentorship meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
