Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Providence, RI is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, helping children reach developmental milestones while enjoying schedule flexibility and supportive colleagues.

The role requires a RI PT or OT license, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active RI Physical Therapy License OR Occupational Therapist License — required
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Valid RI driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Pediatric experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based PT/OT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding progress and care plans

• Salary: $65 - $80 per hour
• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
