Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a Full-time outpatient Physical Therapist with a Neurology focus to provide 1:1 patient care for Stroke, TBI and general orthopedics. You will work with one patient at a time, mentoring from a senior PT, and you’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to patient-centered care.

Ideal candidate has a PT degree with Neuro passion, strong communication, and a commitment to lifelong learning in a supportive, non-travel, non-contract environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passion for Neuro population and outpatient neuro setting.
• Desire to grow as a PT and lifelong learner.
• Servant leader mindset and coachable.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience preferred; H1-B sponsorship not available.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Outpatient position seeing both Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury patients (TBI) as well as general orthopedics. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next “job” but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
