Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist in the Houston area. You will work 1:1 with patients in an outpatient setting, with a senior PT mentoring new hires. A compassionate team culture supports continuous learning and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience with Neuro patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in outpatient neuro settings.
• Participate in a 3-month mentorship and training program for new hires.
• Collaborate with a senior PT to deliver evidence-based care.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
