Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehab care with a focus on one-to-one treatment. The ideal candidate will understand patient journeys after injury and help patients comprehend their body changes through care plans and education.

You will join a team dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes, working in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Passion for Acute/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with Neuro diagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred
• Servant leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
