Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in an acute inpatient setting in Austin, Texas. The position emphasizes 1:1 patient care and a collaborative care model with a large team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple units.

A mentorship program and onboarding support are provided, along with a structured schedule that avoids taking work home. Applicants should have NPTE licensure or be eligible for licensure before employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Physical Therapist Benefits:
