Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs.
• Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate status to patients and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and guide PT assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate with family members or patient representatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and regulations.
