Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy.
• Open to new grads and experienced Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician.
• Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access.
• Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments per state act.
• Document patient care in accordance with guidelines; collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
