Qualifications

• Active Washington State PT license required.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient clinical experience.
• Patient-centered outpatient care focus.
• Interested in leadership, mentorship, and growth.
• Enjoys collaboration and team culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset welcome; patient care first.
• Experience in occupational rehab or workers' comp is a plus.
• Bilingual skills: Somali, Amharic, Spanish, or Tagalog a plus.
• Willing to grow into Clinical Director role.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and post-injury patients in a one-on-one care model.
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation — supported by AI-assisted tools.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality.
• Mentor future therapists and support team development as the clinic grows.
