Job summary

Proliance Orthopedic Associates in Maple Valley is opening a brand-new Physical Therapy location and seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to help shape the clinic culture and develop treatment protocols with leadership.

You will evaluate and treat a wide range of outpatient conditions, creating and administering individualized plans while advancing skills through continuing education and mentorship opportunities. WA license required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy.
• Open to new grads and experienced Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy.
• Document patient care according to guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff; participate in continuing education.
