Job Overview

This is a general Physical Therapist position focusing on spine and neuro, with most clients presenting spine and gait/balance issues, and about 25% neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings.
• Document in accordance with state, federal, JCAHO, and insurance guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment programs for neurological and spinal conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-approved program; DPT preferred.
• Prior outpatient care experience, especially in Spine and Neuro, preferred.
• NCS certification is a plus.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Team player, self-motivated, and interested in neurological patients.
