Job summary

May Institute in Mansfield and Randolph, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to support students with autism and developmental disabilities, dividing time between the two campuses and contributing to targeted therapy to improve independence. You will conduct assessments, set individualized goals, design functional activities, and train classroom staff.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll support students across our Mansfield and Randolph Schools, working alongside dedicated teams to enhance independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student progress.
• Design and implement functional activities that address students’ physical therapy needs.
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP evaluations and ongoing student support.

• Licensure: Valid MA Physical Therapy license.
